Senior Consultant (Immediate Start)

Job Description : - OmniStudio Developer (5-8 years) - Bangalore

About the Role

The OmniStudio Senior Developer / Consultant will be responsible for designing and delivering features using various OmniStudio components, ensuring best practices are followed, and leading integrations while mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities : -

• Own design & delivery for features using Flex Cards, Omni Scripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, and where applicable Calculation Matrices / Procedures.
• Build, maintain Omni Studio components and define best practices : performance budgets, state management, data access patterns, security (CRUD / FLS), and governance for reuse across teams.
• Lead integrations (API-led designs), map payloads, design error strategies, implement idempotency and caching.
• Review PRs and coach junior devs. Produce HLD / LLD, data flow / sequence diagrams, and ensure NFRs (performance, privacy, availability) are met.
• Partner with BAs on scope split (declarative vs. code) and support UAT / cutover. Build and maintain Salesforce OmniStudio components : FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors (Extract / Transform / Load).
• Implement configuration-first solutions, use Apex / LWC only when required.
• Integrate with external services via REST / SOAP (Named Credentials, External Services), including error handling, retries, and timeouts.
• Optimize performance (IP chaining, response caching, DataRaptor optimization, selective fields).
• Contribute to unit testing, peer reviews, and CI / CD deployments, create concise technical docs and hand-offs.
• Support SIT / UAT and production releases, troubleshoot defects within agreed SLAs.
