Social Media Creator & Partnerships Associate (Remote, India)

About the Role :

We are looking for a talented, experienced candidate based in India to join us full-time as a Social Media Creator & Partnerships Associate . This is a remote position with flexible hours, but you must deliver consistent results every day (8 hours / day). The monthly salary is ₹ 12,000 .

You will focus on finding, contacting, and closing deals with creators on platforms like TikTok, Instagram , etc., for our viral content campaigns. You'll work closely with campaign coordinators to achieve fast, effective outcomes across multiple niches : anime, football / soccer, cars, lifestyle, and more.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities) :

  • Research and build a database of relevant social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) for each campaign.
  • Reach out to creators via DM, Instagram, TikTok, email; negotiate rates and terms.
  • Collect and record all relevant details (quotations, rates, content rights, etc.) in our databases.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline tracking each account's status (negotiating / confirmed / declined).
  • Share closed deals / confirmed pages with the marketing / campaign teams.
  • Meet daily performance goals : securing creator pages, retrieving price quotations, closing deals reliably.

What You'll Need (Qualifications & Skills) :

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum relevant experience (e.g. in influencer outreach / creator partnerships / social media deals) — someone who has proven they can deliver results daily.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms (especially TikTok & Instagram) and viral content trends.
  • Comfortable with negotiations and closing deals.
  • Highly organized, punctual, reliable.
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely with consistent availability.
