Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Phlebotomy Technician based in Bengaluru. The Phlebotomy Technician will be responsible for collecting blood samples using venipuncture techniques, ensuring proper labeling and handling of specimens, and maintaining a high standard of customer service during interactions with patients. They will also assist in laboratory procedures, adhere to laboratory protocols, and prioritize compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Venipuncture and Medical Terminology
• Strong Laboratory Skills and experience in Laboratory Medicine
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with patient interaction expertise
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in phlebotomy is preferred
• Familiarity with safety protocols, lab hygiene, and infection control measures
