Mobile FullStack Developer - Lead / Senior

Job description10+ years of professional software development experience, including both mobile and backend systems. Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript , React Native , and Node.js . Experience with Flutter , Swift , or Kotlin is a plus. Deep understanding of API design , microservices architecture , and data modeling . Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.). Proficiency with CI / CD , Docker , and cloud platforms ( AWS , GCP , or Azure ). Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and architectural design abilities. Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable codebases. Experience working in startups or fast-scaling tech environments. Familiarity with AI / ML model integration in mobile or backend systems. Understanding of security best practices in mobile and API development. Exposure to DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect, design, and implement scalable mobile and backend systems.
- Develop and maintain applications using React Native or Flutter for iOS and Android.
- Build robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs and integrate them with frontend and mobile clients.
- Work with Node.js , NestJS , or similar backend frameworks to deliver efficient, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Manage cloud infrastructure ( AWS , GCP , or Azure ) including CI / CD pipelines and deployments.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless, responsive user experiences.
- Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and drive innovation within the engineering team.
