Programmer Analyst - SQL / Python

Description : About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Programmer Analyst with expertise in SQL and Web Services to support our application development and integration efforts.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing software applications by analyzing business requirements, writing efficient SQL queries, and integrating systems via web services.

Your work will enable seamless data flow and robust application performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, test, and maintain database queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions using SQL to support application requirements.
• Design, implement, and manage web services (REST / SOAP APIs) for system integration and data exchange between internal and external systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for database and application development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Monitor database and application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Document code, processes, and technical specifications thoroughly.
• Assist in the migration and integration of legacy systems with modern platforms using web services.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to SQL and web services.
