Senior Financial Analyst – Industrial

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES

• Supports standardized daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual job routines like Orders & Sales Report, weekly AR Tracking, monthly backlog controls, quarterly business reviews etc.
• Responsible for consolidating and tracking weekly past due AR numbers for the Pumps (P-E) & Valves (V-E) Businesses
• Responsible for the Daily Orders & Sales Dashboard
• Responsible for preparing and consolidating monthly V-E Orders & Sales Dashboard
• Responsible for Pulse Call preparation for P-E & V-E
• Responsible for weekly Past Due AR consolidation for P-E & V-E
• Supports the automation of various reports in Power BI
• Prepares and analyze consolidated SIOP figures for Pumps EMEA & APAC & Valves EMEA & APAC
• Creates and supports analysis within SAP BW
• Prepares and analyze consolidated results including variance analysis to forecasts, plan, prior quarter and prior year and provide resulting insights to Management
• Provides action tracking for items impacting financial results
• Supports forecast and annual budget preparation
• Supports optimization of internal reporting and forecasting processes
• Performs ad-hoc and special analysis and presentations as assigned
• Supports commercial analysis especially regarding order trends, sales and related margins for the broad product portfolio Pumps EMEA & APAC & Valves EMEA & APAC offers to the market
