Regional Sales Manager-West and South
The ideal candidate will prospect and close NEW sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong sales management Develop business plans and meet overall financial objectives.
- Identify new potential customers in west India and implement business development activities.
- Meet monthly, quarterly & annual financial booking and gross margin targets.
- Maintain active relationship with End User / Consultants / Turnkey contractors.
- Strengthen and position with new accounts and improve the client relationship.
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 11+ years of sales management experience, 7-8 years in IBMS / ELV / Physical security.
- Demonstrated achieving sales targets consistently.
- Excellent communication & Presentation skills.
- Key Connects with PMCs, Consultants, & Architects to generate leads is a must.
- Conducting sales presentations for End Customers / consultants / SIs.
- Should have knowledge of physical Access Control System / ELV / IBMS solutions.
- Experience in generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
