Job Title : Coaching & Support.

Role Overview :

This is a dual role involving one-on-one math coaching for US-based students (primarily middle and

lower-middle school) and resolving basic application support queries related to a math learning

platform. The ideal candidate is empathetic, patient, and experienced in teaching or tutoring children

while being comfortable navigating basic software troubleshooting steps.

Roles and Responsibilities :

 Conduct live one-on-one virtual sessions with students, primarily aged 8–14, to help them

understand math concepts and build confidence.

 Follow the app's curriculum and adapt explanations based on the child's learning pace and level.

 Motivate students, build rapport, and reinforce positive learning behaviors during sessions.

 Provide empathetic, step-by-step guidance to parents or users on app functionality and

troubleshoot minor issues (login, dashboard navigation, progress tracking, etc.).

 Escalate technical bugs or app issues beyond L1 scope to the internal tech team or client.

 Maintain clear session notes and feedback logs for each student interaction.

 Attend weekly training and calibration meetings with the team to align on coaching quality and

support practices.

Skills Required :

 1–2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring mathematics, preferably to school-age children.

 Strong command of middle school math concepts (fractions, ratios, algebra, etc.).

 Clear spoken English with a neutral or global accent.

 High patience and emotional intelligence when interacting with children or concerned parents.

 Comfortable with basic software navigation and browser-based troubleshooting.

 Reliable internet and noise-free work environment.

Shift timings : (B / W 9 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 PM IST shift)

Working days : Rotational with two days off in a week.

Location : Bangalore

Job Type : Contract job of 1 year (Extended based on performance).
