Objective
The role entails scaling up the business for lending in the state by developing strategies to expand the existing products, channels, segments and customer base by delivering company needs to the customers in the most cost efficient and technology effective manner. Expansion company products towards new geographic locations within the Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Complete State Business Operations for Customer Acquisition and Cross Sell
- Lead the State business across 2 Wheeler Loan to expand revenue per existing customer.
- Guide distribution of X-sell products ensuring volume scale-up as per the defined targets.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships across key dealers, OEMs, channel / product partners etc. to increase the penetration of entire portfolio.
- Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the Product and sales teams
- Guide the Product team in 2-Wheeler Loan category to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth.
- Work with business analytics team to identify potential for cross sell.
- Execution of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan.
- Identifying valuable emerging markets; Provide company expansion across the location
- Promote the company's product line and sales programs in the state.
- Coordinates development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising and execution of promotional programs.
- Provide leadership and supervision to subordinates.
- Anticipate patterns and links to look beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications.
- Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems; takes new perspective using existing solutions; use best practice and knowledge.
- Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to subordinates and colleagues.
