Job Purpose

Lead all construction operations for a large-scale township development, ensuring timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery. Oversee planning, execution, team management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic project oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive construction plans, including schedules, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of project managers, engineers, and supervisors.
Monitor execution of construction activities, enforcing quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Implement and oversee quality control, site audits, and regular inspections.
Manage project budgets, cost-control measures, procurements, and vendor / subcontractor contracts.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, local authorities, and internal teams for project approvals, permits, and timely communication.
Address risks by developing mitigation strategies and ensuring project adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and compliance on site.

Skills & Experience Required

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

22+ years’ experience in large-scale construction, including real estate, township, and major residential projects.

Minimum 5 years as Site Construction Head managing medium / large projects (₹100–200 crore scale).

Deep knowledge of construction technology, contract management, QA / QC, HSE, NDT, billing, and infrastructure planning.

Experience with contract negotiation, vendor management, material control, statutory compliance, survey practices.

Proven leadership, team-building, and communication skills (English / Hindi).

Physical / Work Requirements

Ability to inspect all areas of the site in variable weather, including climbing ladders and scaffolding.

Prolonged standing and walking may be required.

This role is ideal for senior construction leaders with extensive township and real estate project experience, ready to drive multi-crore developments from planning through completion.
