Role Summary
The Manager – People Analytics will be responsible for transforming people data into actionable insights to support Total Rewards and broader People Strategy. The role will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing analytics-driven recommendations on compensation, rewards, workforce structure, and HR cost governance. This position also supports strategic people initiatives and leadership decision-making through robust analytics, reporting, and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain dashboards to track the health of key people processes using intuitive visualizationsAnalyze and synthesize people data to generate insights that support strategic HR and business decisionsSupport the Total Rewards portfolio including salary design, market benchmarking, merit and bonus administrationMonitor external market pay ranges, compensation trends, and best practicesProvide insights on organizational structure, spans, and layers (internal vs external benchmarking)Act as the single point of contact and subject matter expert for ad-hoc people analytics requestsConsolidate people data from multiple internal and external sources across the employee lifecycle to identify improvement opportunitiesDrive initiatives to improve retention, engagement, and workforce effectivenessEnsure central budget governance and monitoring of HR costsSupport NRC agenda, IRDA compliance requirements, and leadership reportingCollaborate on cross-functional people projects and strategic initiativesMandatory Skills
Strong HR Analytics capabilityCompensation & Benefits knowledgeAdvanced Excel and reporting skillsMarket benchmarkingVendor payments and HR cost trackingExperience working with HR systemsHigh attention to detailStrong problem-solving and communication skillsMBA in HR (HR Analytics certification preferred), the incumbent's current ctc should be around 14-15 lpa minimum
