Job Summary
To function as the domain expert in the core banking team and support the core banking products roll out from a functionality and capability perspective.
To function as the conduit between end users and the all internal CoreBanking teams in doing development for user requirements based on user stories.
To contribute to product management and release management of the core banking products.
To lead / guide the group of developers in their software development and ensuring the adherence of best software practices and standards.
To review the software developed and supporting the testing and implementation and Post implementation support.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy
To function as the full stack developer in Agile scrum of core banking team and support the core banking products roll out from a functionality and capability perspective.
Business
Based on the product requirements from PO and Solution Architect, code, test and release the code in line with requirement and agreed timeline.
Processes
Follow all the processes as laid down by SCB on Coding Standards, SDLC and development guidelines.
People & Talent
Ensure the completion of ongoing training and development on the agreed timeline.
Risk Management
Identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.
Governance
Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
