Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for senior, mid-level, and niche positions.
- Develop strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
- Partner with business heads and leadership teams to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning. Manage recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Radius Synergies as an employer of choice.
- Implement recruitment metrics, dashboards, and MIS reports to track efficiency and effectiveness
- Build and mentor a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring continuous capability development.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, recruitment guidelines, and labor laws.
- Engage in strategic workforce planning to support business expansion and growth. Key Requirements :
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 15–20 years of strong experience in core recruitment, preferably in engineering, technology, or energy-related industries. o Proven expertise in leadership hiring, mass recruitment, and specialized skill hiring.
Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
