Host hackathons, sprints, and innovation challenges to onboard the best talent in our technical teams across PAN India .

Drive organization management and help shape the company’s long-term people strategy.

Launch employee engagement programs that inspire collaboration, creativity, and stronger bonds.

Lead initiatives that encourage long-term association with the company.

Take ownership of HR transformation projects—turn ideas into action.

Champion Zoho HR Suite (People, Recruit, Payroll) to digitize and automate HR processes.

What We’re Looking For 5+ years of progressive HR experience.

Proven ability to design and run large-scale employee engagement events like hackathons & sprints.

Hands-on expertise with Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll .

Strategic mindset with a passion for culture-building and innovation .

Strong ownership, creativity, and people-first approach.
