Job Summary :
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our growing team. This role involves onboarding clients, understanding their technical requirements, and ensuring a seamless product experience. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal product teams, provide hands-on technical support, and drive product adoption through strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Onboard new clients on Nitrogen and ensure smooth implementation.
- Understand client requirements, business use cases, and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide active support on client tickets, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the Product team to translate client feedback into new feature enhancements.
- Manage and enhance product features to meet evolving client needs.
- Analyze client data and prepare reports for business insights.
- Take complete ownership of client accounts and act as the primary technical point of contact.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
Required Technical Skills :
Must Have :
Excellent knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS frameworks.Good understanding of web application frameworks.Proficiency in Advanced Java, Node.js, Golang, or JavaScript.Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and build processes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Nice to Have :
Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure).Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).Educational Qualification :
UG : B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or a related field.PG : MCA / M.Tech.Skills Required
