Security and Customer Relations Officer

Canterbury League Club is seeking reliable and customer-focused Security & Customer Relations Officers to join our team. This role is key to maintaining a safe, friendly, and enjoyable environment while delivering excellent customer service to our members and guests.

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for but are not limited to:

• Providing and delivering friendly and efficient service and guidance to members and visitors around the Club
• Maintaining Club access protocols and responding appropriately
• Supporting the management of various incidents including documentation where required
• Providing first aid assistance to patrons and visitors when required

About You

• Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Previous experience in a Security or conflict resolution role
• Current Class 1 (a) Full Security License
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Club or similar Hospitality Venue experience
• Exceptional grooming and presentation
• Knowledge of WH&S Regulations
• Flexibility to work a rotating 24 hours, 7-day week roster including, mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
