Job Overview
One of our clients is seeking a Social Media Executive to join their team, a dynamic digital marketing brand that specializes in PPC, Paid Media, and AI-driven marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media virality, enjoys creating engaging content, and thrives in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.
The Social Media Executive will leverage AI tools and social listening platforms to identify trending content and craft impactful posts that drive engagement and revenue growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven Content Creation
- Use AI to identify trending viral posts on LinkedIn within these categories (in order of priority) :
1) PPC, Paid Ads, Paid Media, Google Ads
2) Automation & AI
3) Other digital channels such as SEO, CRO, and Paid Social
Recreate improved versions of viral content, optimizing post type (video, carousel, image), format, hook, visuals, and other key engagement elements.Publish at least 1 post daily during peak engagement hours for the target audience.Use the 'add, comment, like, share' approach to enhance reach and community engagement.Respond promptly to comments and inquiries (while automation tools support the process).LinkedIn Growth & Networking
Maximize connection invites on LinkedIn for both personal and company profiles.Send personalized welcome messages offering value to new connections.Community Engagement
Actively comment and engage with posts from target audiences, peers, and potential collaborators.Trendspotting & Rapid Posting
Utilize AI, Google Search Trends, and industry news sources to identify viral or emerging topics within the industry.Post about these trends promptly to maintain topical relevance.Revenue Generation
Secure sponsorships, collaborations, and partnership deals with the goal of generating at least £10,000 / month in revenue through LinkedIn.Performance & Showcasing
Post case studies, wins, and highlights from successful campaigns to reinforce brand credibility.Performance Targets

Proven experience managing LinkedIn and multi-channel social media campaigns.Strong understanding of AI tools for content discovery and creation .Excellent copywriting and creative strategy skills.Knowledge of digital marketing concepts — PPC, Paid Media, SEO, and CRO.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to deliver consistent output independently.Nice-to-Haves
Experience in monetizing social platforms or securing partnerships.Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or Notion AI for ideation and content planning.Basic design and video editing skills for creating visual posts.Skills Required
