Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to implement effective HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives across teams
- Manage employee grievances, conflicts, and provide sound resolution
- Analyze attrition and retention data; provide actionable insights
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and induction activities
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
- Monitor succession planning and workforce performance
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory norms
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies and workflow management
