Mobile Development Manager

For this position, we are looking for a Mobile Development Manager to lead our growing mobile team, drive technical excellence, and manage client relationships while maintaining hands-on involvement in iOS and android development.

• Leading and managing the mobile development team across iOS and Android platforms.

• Conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and creating development plans.
• Managing resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top mobile development talent.
