Role Overview

As an Agentic AI Engineer on our core team, you will architect, build, and ship sophisticated autonomous multi-agent systems that push beyond traditional LLM workflows. Your work will span intelligent agent collaboration, complex decision-making pipelines, adaptive learning, and high-throughput deployment at scale. If you’re excited by the challenge of building truly intelligent systems and want to help define the future of agentic AI, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex multi-agent workflows and architectures (e.g., hierarchical, sequential, and parallel agent systems).
• Develop and optimize agent-to-agent communication protocols and memory systems to ensure seamless and efficient collaboration.
• Work with our high-performance, ultra-optimized runtimes (in Python) to maximize agent speed and efficiency.
• Develop and document production-ready code snippets, real-world examples, and application templates for our developer community and enterprise clients.
• Implement and test agent swarms in advanced simulation environments.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to understand their needs and implement robust, scalable, and secure agentic solutions.
