What You’ll Do

As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll lead the design and deployment of Generative AI and LLM-based applications that make wellness more personal, intelligent, and accessible.

You’ll research, architect, and productionize cutting-edge systems — working at the intersection of deep learning, language modeling, and scalable backend engineering.

🔬 Core Responsibilities

Research & Experimentation:

• Stay at the frontier of GenAI, LLMs, and agentic systems. Explore and extend frameworks like LangGraph, adaptive RAG, and NL2SQL, and integrate long-term memory tools such as Mem0 or graph-based memory layers to sustain context and coherence across user interactions.

End-to-End Engineering:

• Design, build, and deploy AI applications using FastAPI, Python, Vector Databases, and modern ML stacks.

System Ownership:

• Manage the full ML lifecycle — from data pipelines and model training to evaluation, monitoring, and scaling.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product, design, and customer teams to deliver impactful, AI-enhanced experiences.

Communication:

• Translate complex AI concepts into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

What We’re Looking For

🧩 Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, LLMs, or Generative AI.
• Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments.
• Strong understanding of ML architectures, data structures, and system design.

⚙️ Technical Skills

• Languages & Frameworks: Python (expert), PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX
• GenAI Stack: LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, AI Agents, NL2SQL, MCP
• Backend & Infra: FastAPI, Node.Js, MongoDB, Vector DBs (e.G., Pinecone)
• MLOps & Productivity: CI/CD, containerization, and AI IDEs like Cursor

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field
• Ph.D. or equivalent research experience in AI/ML/NLP is a plus
