• Head the creation and development of Java-based applications with SQL, Spring, and Hibernate
• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to conceptualize, design, and implement new features
• Author clean, scalable, and efficient code
• Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify code to enhance performance and scalability
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers on coding best practices and design principles
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and guidelines
