As a Sales Proposal Principal, you will manage the end-to-end proposal process for the Travel Solutions commercial team, ensuring high-quality, strategic responses that drive commercial success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in shaping Sabre's market positioning.
Role And Responsibilities
- Lead the entire RFP lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions
- Establish project milestones, assign responsibilities, and drive teams toward successful completion
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders, synthesizing and integrating their contributions
- Serve as the lead author for high profile RFPs, crafting compelling and strategic responses
- Ensure final deliverables feature high-impact content from contributors, elevating the overall proposal quality
- Exercise good judgment to resolve compliance matters and address any issues that could affect submission timelines
- Conduct thorough quality reviews of all deliverables, verifying alignment with customer requirements, strategic messaging, and brand standards; meticulously proofread and edit for grammar, clarity, and consistency
- Maintain and continuously enhance the proposal response database to support future submissions
- Monitor RFP best practices to ensure proposals are best in class
Qualifications And Education Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in proposal managements, preferably in technologyFluent in English (verbal and written) with advanced communication skillsStrong strategic thinking and execution skillsAdvanced level in MS Word including the use of styles and formatting toolsAdvanced level in MS Excel to synthesize large amounts of data, e.g., 8K questions and answersHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDeadline-driven with high degree of accuracyProcurement background is a plusSabre product knowledge a plusHands-on experience in Salesforce a plusExposure to working within a global, multinational corporationSkills Required
