Role Overview :
This role blends strategic thinking, financial modeling, and execution excellence, providing a front-row seat to how key business decisions are shaped and implemented.

Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with the CEO to conceptualize, build, and execute the company’s demand-supply and growth strategy .
- Develop financial models and business forecasts to evaluate new initiatives, expansion opportunities, pricing models, and investment decisions.
- Perform deep-dive analyses on market trends, profitability, and center-level performance to guide strategic choices.
- Drive the CEO’s business review rhythm – monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and provide insights with a strong financial lens.
- Prepare executive dashboards, board decks, and review materials with clear data-backed narratives.
- Support the CEO in evaluating ROI, cost efficiencies, and revenue optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Real Estate teams to forecast demand, plan capacity, and align supply pipelines.
- Use financial modeling and scenario analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation across locations and formats.
- Identify white spaces and support the CEO in planning new center rollouts or product mix adjustments.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans with clear milestones and ownership.
- Partner with function heads to drive execution discipline and ensure alignment with CEO priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor and communication bridge between the CEO and business teams.
- Lead high-impact projects initiated by the CEO, including new business pilots, partnerships, and process improvement initiatives.
- Build business cases and financial frameworks for decision-making and investor presentations.
What We’re Looking For :
Education :
MBA or equivalent degree (Tier 1 institute preferred).Experience :
3–5 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business finance, or high-growth startups.Hands-on experience in financial modeling, business analytics, and P&L understanding.Exposure to demand-supply planning or strategic planning preferred.Key Traits :
