Brief Summary of Responsibilities :

Collect user manuals of IoT devices by web search AND / OR do web search and collect FAQs and issues reported by users

Prepare questions and answers, collect related pictures, edit pictures, updated QnA database and test the functionality

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (ECE / EE / EEE / CSE / IT / E&I) / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / MCA / BCA

0-1 yrs. of experience

MS Excel is must

Knowledge on SQL and / or Python is added advantage

Minimum 60% throughout in academics, freshers after 2023 passed out only

General knowledge of smart devices
