Role Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef – Cake Artist to join our luxury patisserie in Mumbai. The role focuses on the creation of premium cakes that reflect artistry, precision, and sophistication. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pastry Chef – Cake Artist

based in Mumbai. The Cake Decorator will be responsible for decorating cakes and pastries, creating designs that meet customer specifications, and ensuring high presentation standards. Daily tasks include baking, decorating, and designing cakes, cookies, and other baked goods. Additionally, the Cake Decorator will interact with customers to fulfill their requests and maintain the bakery’s aesthetic and quality.

Key Expectations :

• Expertise in designing, baking, and decorating layered cakes, wedding cakes, celebration cakes, and custom designer cakes.
• Strong skills in flavor pairing, structure, and finishing techniques (buttercream, fondant, ganache, etc.).
• Ability to create visually stunning cakes that align with luxury brand aesthetics.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Innovate with new cake trends while upholding classic elegance.
• Ensure hygiene and kitchen standards are met at all times
