APDM is a CDMO for general category CDMO with 160+ employees spread over 3 locations in Ahmedabad and associate company in USA and UK. The manufacturing plant is a green field project and is qualified for regulated market. WHO GMP,PICS ,EMEA and USFDA audits are planned for 2026-27 .

APDM has 4 granulations lines, 2 compression lines, capsule filling line and 5 fully automated packing lines .Currently APDM is working with 7 companies from USA, Canada, UK and EMEA.

By 2027, it will ship about 1.5 bn units of packed finished dose across the globe.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Laboratory General Manager at APDM PHARMACEUTICAL PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Ahmedabad. The Quality Control Laboratory General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the quality control laboratory, ensuring that all testing and analytical activities meet regulatory and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing laboratory staff, maintaining laboratory equipment, developing and implementing quality control procedures, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance protocols. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments to maintain high standards of product quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance protocols
• Strong Laboratory Skills, including handling and maintenance of Laboratory Equipment
• Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Experience with laboratory management and supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
