Roles and Responsibilities
- To plan and coordinate supply chain management at the regional level for AUTO
- businesses.
- To implement a web-based online system, linked with each customer end.
- To manage all customers associated with AUTO at the regional level.
- To reconcile reports of stocks linked with a different business model, system vs.
- physical stock, customer to customer stock movements.
- To coordinate with Forecast Planning, Operations, Logistics, Quality, Sales
- departments.
- To analyze cycle time from customer order to dispatch.
- To assist in the development and implementation of SOPs.
- To impart innovative customer training program / system for an effective supply
- chain to reduce equipment s damages at customer sites.
- To coordinate and plan stock audits at customer site and ensure accuracy of
- client data and invoices through managing in the field.
- Accountable for major key accounts ensure strong client relationships are
- maintained through visits and ensure the LEAP brand is valued.
- To assist reporting manager, as when required based on the business
- requirements.
- Conducts and manages detailed investigations on all issues related to
- loss / theft / fraud within the supply chain, with customers / vendors.
