Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Educational Counselor. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling and educational consulting to our clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting career counseling sessions, developing educational plans, communicating with students and parents, and offering guidance on educational opportunities and challenges.

Role Overview

As an Education Counselor, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective learners. Your primary role will be to guide and support them in choosing the right program based on their goals, while ensuring smooth conversions through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM tools.
• Understand the learner's needs and provide accurate information about courses, specializations, fees, and benefits.
• Guide students through the enrollment process, addressing queries and building trust throughout the decision-making journey.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain updated records of interactions and conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for feedback and lead improvement.
