Job Description : QMS Support Consultant

Overview

We are seeking experienced QMS (Quality Management Systems) Support Consultants to provide expert functional and technical support for critical applications in a manufacturing environment. This role requires extensive hands-on experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications, a strong customer focus, and the ability to troubleshoot application issues.

Core Responsibilities

• Application Support : Provide L2 / L3 functional and technical support for QMS applications- Trackwise and Veeva Vault Quality.
• Incident & Problem Management : Manage and resolve incidents and problems in alignment with ITIL best practices, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing and quality operations.
• Troubleshooting : Perform in-depth technical analysis and troubleshooting, including system logs review, database query execution, and code analysis (where applicable) to diagnose and resolve application issues.
• Configuration & Maintenance : Execute system configuration, master data updates, and application maintenance tasks (e.g., patch deployment, system health checks).
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for support procedures, system configurations, and incident resolutions.
• Stakeholder Communication : Effectively communicate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors regarding issue status, resolution, and system availability.
