Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Veeva Developer Consultant specializing in the Complaints module within the Veeva Vault Platform and Veeva ADX (App Data Exchange).

The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and deploying Vault applications to support complaint management, product quality, and regulatory compliance workflows.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Veeva Vault QMS / QualityDocs, a solid understanding of Life Sciences business processes, and expertise in integration and data exchange using ADX.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and customize Veeva Vault Complaints Module solutions to meet business requirements.
• Implement and manage Vault workflows, lifecycles, roles, and security configurations specific to complaint handling and CAPA processes.
• Develop and maintain Vault extensions and integrations using Veeva ADX (App Data Exchange), REST APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Work closely with business and quality teams to analyze requirements, document technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage data migration, configuration, and validation activities for Vault environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Vault configurations, ADX integrations, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, ISO 13485) throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with QA, IT, and business stakeholders during UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support phases.
• Provide technical documentation, system design details, and user training as needed.
