About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Tableau, a good understanding of performance optimization techniques, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and business stakeholders. Prior experience in the pharma domain is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and interpret reporting and visualization needs.
• Dashboard Development : Build, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, following best practices.
• Optimization : Apply Tableau performance optimization techniques (data extracts, calculations, data blending, etc.) to ensure high-performing dashboards.
• Data Management : Integrate Tableau with multiple data sources (SQL, Excel, cloud, and enterprise data warehouses).
• Client Engagement : Work in close coordination with client teams, presenting solutions and resolving issues effectively.
• Documentation & Standards : Ensure proper documentation of requirements, technical specifications, and design standards.
• Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and QA, to deliver quality solutions.
• Innovation : Suggest improvements in reporting processes, tools, and methodologies.
