Responsibilities
Role Overview : The Design & UX Manager will lead Forsys's digital design, web experience, and brand strategy initiatives across web, marketing, and customer engagement platforms. This role blends hands-on creative execution with strategic leadership, ensuring that every digital and visual touchpoint—from the corporate website to campaign assets—reflects Forsys's innovation, clarity, and excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and creative leader with deep expertise in UX design, website management, and digital branding, capable of collaborating cross-functionally to drive business growth and enhance Forsys's digital presence. Key Responsibilities 1. Website Strategy & Management Own the end-to-end management of the Forsys website (50–100+ pages), ensuring a seamless, engaging, and responsive user experience. Oversee website architecture, design, and content updates aligned with brand and business goals. Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing teams to ensure product launches, campaigns, and service offerings are reflected accurately online. Monitor website performance, analytics, and SEO metrics to drive continuous improvement in traffic, engagement, and conversion. 2. UX & Design Leadership Lead UX design initiatives to optimize navigation, usability, and content flow across digital touchpoints. Drive design consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment throughout the digital ecosystem. Partner with developers, designers, and content creators to deliver high-quality, user-centered designs. Oversee UI / UX for Forsys's corporate and solution websites—ensuring intuitive, responsive, and visually compelling experiences. 3. Branding & Content Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all digital and marketing channels. Create and manage content that amplifies Forsys's value proposition, thought leadership, and market positioning. Support marketing campaigns and innovation stories with relevant visual and web assets (case studies, landing pages, social media creatives, etc.). 4. Collaboration & Strategy Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing teams to align visual design and messaging with Forsys's go-to-market goals. Translate complex business and technical narratives into compelling visual experiences. Act as a creative consultant for leadership and marketing teams on design strategy and user experience. 5. Hands-On Design & Execution Design and produce Forsys's digital and marketing assets—including web pages, microsites, campaign creatives, customer decks, whitepapers, and event collateral. Maintain visual and UX consistency across platforms (desktop, mobile, and web). Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva, coordinating closely with developers for implementation. 6. Leadership & Mentorship Lead and mentor a team of designers, developers, and content specialists. Define and enforce design standards, templates, and governance for brand consistency Conduct regular design reviews and manage priorities, timelines, and resource allocation Drive innovation through the adoption of new design tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Requirements / Specifications
Required Qualifications & Experience : Total Experience : Minimum 15 years in marketing and digital experience roles. UX Design Experience : At least 10 years in UX design, web experience management, or digital creative roles. Website Management : Minimum 5 years managing large-scale corporate websites (50–100+ pages). Managerial Experience : 2–3 years leading small to mid-sized teams or managing cross-functional digital projects. Organizational Experience : Experience in a large organization (1,000+ employees) with global or multi-regional operations. Strong understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.), SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or Webflow. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to align digital initiatives with business strategy and measurable outcomes. Preferred Skills Experience in B2B technology or IT services organizations. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.). Understanding of web security, accessibility standards, and performance optimization. Strong creative storytelling ability and visual design sensibility. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
