Exceptional communication (presentation) skills; proactive, adaptable, and a team-excelling self-starter.
Role Summary : Senior UX Designer
Lead the design strategy and UX vision for complex digital products, ensuring alignment between user needs and business goals. Drive the end-to-end design process —from research and ideation to execution—while collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product / Engineering) to solve complex usability challenges and ensure a seamless, cohesive user experience .
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Lead mobile-first design strategy and ensure a cohesive UX ecosystem .
- Conduct usability testing and research (qualitative / quantitative).
- Drive design from ideation to execution , developing high-level concepts / flows.
- Collaborate within an Agile framework and effectively present to stakeholders .
- Manage design systems , advocate for best practices / accessibility , and use UX metrics for iteration.
