1. Scope of the role

2. Job Profile
Managing IT Network Infrastructure – LAN, WIFI, WAN, SDWAN, Cloud network, Network Security, New setup, and others.3. Key Deliverables
Knowledge on Networking Technologies - L2, L3, TCP / IP, IDS / IPS, VPN, IPSEC, Load Balancer, Routing, Switching, GLBP, HSRP, BGP, CDP, STP, VTP, NAT, PAT, ISL, VLAN, Wi-Fi, PBR, IP Phones, SDWAN and Network Security concepts.Expertise in Designing and implementing new network solutions and / or improving the efficiency of current networks (LAN, WIFI, WAN links, SDWAN etc.,)Ensure Network security, Data security, access and backup systems.Knowledge to oversee Investigating faults in the network, new requirements, and ad hoc requirements.Managing / Monitor the uptime for Network – LAN / Wi-Fi / WAN & SDWANMaintaining Network IT Assets – New Installation, Warranty, AMC, Reconciliation of assets, Asset Transfer and E Waste on need basis.Knowledge on Change Management, Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management and Reporting.Security Audits, Hardening of the Network devices etc., and assess their outcomes.Managing network equipment to the latest firmware releases etc.,Reporting network status to key stakeholdersMaintaining the documentation like change management etc.,Interest in adoption of New TechnologiesCoordination with the vendor related to Network and other IT Team members.Meeting internal customer requirements and adhering to standards.Weekly review, Monthly review within the team and vendor reviewing.Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.4. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering or Computer Science or a related discipline and Certifications on CiscoRequired experience – 8 to 10 years in IT infra - Network (LAN, WIFI, WAN and SDWAN)Good communication both written, verbal & presentation skillsWilling to work with extended hours for closing the critical calls.Willing to travel on requirement basis.An ability to learn new technologies quickly.Strong documentation skills
