We’re looking for a powerhouse

Executive Producer

someone who knows how to take a brief and turn it into gold. From

big brand films

to

fast-turnaround digital content , you’ll lead projects across the

entire content funnel -top, mid, and bottom. You’ll be the bridge between

creative, production, and business -ensuring we deliver great work, profitably and consistently.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Own and run the entire production lifecycle - from script to screen.

Collaborate with creative, post, and brand teams to shape film ideas that sell.

Build and nurture relationships with agencies, clients, and brand teams to bring in new projects.

Curate and manage a

director roster

matching the right talent to every brief.

Oversee budgeting, scheduling, execution, and quality ensuring every project is on time and on point.

Lead a production team that thrives on collaboration, hustle, and creative ambition.

Spot opportunities for

content innovation

live, digital-first, AI and help us grow the business in new directions.

10+ years in production-films, ads, or digital content.

Proven relationships with agencies and brands.

A strong network of directors, DOPs, line producers, and creative partners.
