What Youll Be Doing -.

You will manage accounting tasks, including preparing and posting journal entries, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting the close process.

You will also assist with audits and tax returns, prepare accurate reports, and ensure statutory compliance.

Additionally, you will review accounting systems, develop business processes, and maintain internal controls.

During a Typical Day, Youll.

Prepare, review, and post journal entries to the general ledger.

Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

Assist with the monthly and quarterly close process.

Prepare data for audits and support external auditors.

Ensure statutory compliance and prepare MIS reports.

Develop and document business processes and accounting policies.

Review and recommend improvements to accounting systems and procedures.

What You Bring To The Role.

Extensive Accounting Knowledge : Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Attention to Detail : Ability to prepare, review, and post accurate journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

Analytical Skills : Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial reports and ensuring error-free submissions.

Compliance Expertise : Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements and experience in maintaining regulatory adherence.

Audit and Tax Support : Experience in supporting annual audits and preparing tax return documentation.

Process Improvement : Capability to review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.

Effective Communication : Strong interpersonal skills to present results clearly and work with external auditors.
