Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Growth & Outreach Specialist
who brings hands-on experience in
business development, lead nurturing, and outbound prospecting
cold outreach and conversion activities
, moving leads from
MQL to SQL
through personalized engagement.
This role sits at the intersection of
marketing and sales
, focusing on creating tailored outreach for high-intent accounts and ensuring smooth lead progression through the funnel. Familiarity with
ABM concepts
is essential, and prior experience using ABM tools is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Prospecting & Cold Outreach
Conduct outbound outreach to high-intent and target accounts via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Develop personalized outreach sequences that address specific pain points and drive engagement.
Identify and qualify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
2. Lead Nurturing & Conversion
Nurture marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs) through strategic follow-ups and personalized communication.
Understand each prospect’s stage in the buying journey and align outreach accordingly.
Track and report on conversion metrics from first touchpoint to booked meeting.
3. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of high-quality leads.
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and identify opportunities for account-level engagement.
Share feedback from prospects to improve campaign effectiveness and messaging relevance.
4. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Support
Apply ABM principles to prioritize and engage high-value target accounts.
Utilize ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo) to identify buying intent and optimize outreach.
Support execution of personalized multi-channel ABM campaigns in coordination with marketing.
5. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain clean lead data and accurate records.
Measure and analyze outreach performance, response rates, and conversion effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and lead quality.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in
BDR / SDR
lead generation
, or
outbound prospecting
roles.
Strong understanding of
lead nurturing, funnel stages, and pipeline management
Working knowledge of
ABM strategy and tools
(bonus if experienced with Demandbase, 6sense, or similar).
Hands-on experience with
outreach automation tools
(e.g., HubSpot, Outreach.io, Apollo, Lemlist) and
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of personalization in messaging.
Analytical mindset to evaluate campaign data and optimize conversion rates.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
