Job descriptionSet up and maintain tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Adobe Launch. Configure complex tags, triggers, and variables for tracking and troubleshooting issues to ensure data quality and accuracy. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and refine tracking for campaigns, conversions, and user interactions. Develop custom reports and dashboards using analytics and data visualization tools. Conduct data validation across platforms to ensure consistent and accurate reporting. Collaborate with teams to interpret data insights, empowering data-driven decision-making and optimizations. Experience working as an implementation specialist on any enterprise platform in analytics, data, digital marketing, or ERP space. Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML and JavaScript (experience working with SQL, APIs, and ETL processes is a plus). Prior experience working with consulting firms such as Deloitte, Accenture, or similar is highly desirable, demonstrating a consulting mindset and effective client communication skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented and collaborative, with a commitment to data quality and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with digital analytics platforms, including advanced use of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI. Certifications such as Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Adobe Analytics certification, or similar credentials.
