What does this mean to you? It would enable you to see the results of your data strategy efforts on marketing, products, etc., Key skills & tools : Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Reporting, Dashboard, Google DataStudio, SQL, JavaScript, Data Analysis, MS Excel Job Specifications : 4 to 5 years of in web analytics tracking (Google Analytics) and reporting, including testing website tagging during development cycles.

Required Skills :

  • You must have good logical thinking skills. If your current job has affected your sharp mind, it’s time to share it a little again. Try solving Sudoku or puzzles or any logical / numerical ability questions before the interview.
  • You must have good observation and listening skills. It would be helpful if you have a knack for observing user behavior.
  • You have experience with Google Analytics and understand the reports, data points, fundamentals how basic metrics are calculated, and their impact. It may be a good time to revise the Google course on Google Analytics.
  • You understand GTM and have hands-on experience in tracking events, eCommerce, 3 party media pixels, dataLayer and etc
  • You understand the digital ecosystem such as what is a digital ad.
  • Are you good at SQL or python or BigQuery? Yes, you have got our attention. Though it’s not a must-have.
  • You know HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • If you have good persuasion skills, you get 10 extra points ;)
  • It you have worked on GA4, and GTM5 for Apps, you have got our attention again. But, be mindful that there would be a lot of questions post you have got our attention.
  • Must have the curiosity to learn from anyone be it from junior or senior or peer.
