Workshop Leadership : Effectively lead and facilitate client workshops to gather and finalize requirements for ServiceNow SPM.
Requirements Analysis : Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and secure client approval.
Client Collaboration : Engage clients actively during workshops, asking insightful questions, and addressing queries to drive productive discussions and decisions.
Solution Design : Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that align with the defined requirements.
Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
Strategic Guidance : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices for SPM to optimize their project and portfolio management Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : 6-9 years of experience as a consultant, with significant focus on ServiceNow.
Communication : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead discussions and articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to understand client challenges and translate them into effective solutions.
Availability : Must be an immediate joiner.
Location : Willingness to work in a hybrid model from our Bangalore or Noida office.
