Job Description Summary
- Workday Analytics Consultant is responsible for updating and maintaining the HR Data Modelling and Analytics. Primary responsibility of this job is to ensure support tickets or enhancement requests are dealt with, within the SLA agreements on advanced reporting and security measures.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Design, develop, test and maintain dashboards and reports using Workday reporting tools.Troubleshoot and resolve any data discrepancies and inaccuracies identified in Workday data and reportsResearch new Workday reporting & analytics features and functionality to determine how best to meet business needsResponsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessaryHR experience in a consultative, client-focused roleMaintaining technical requirements document, including systems and flowcharts that diagrammatically show how the information will flowAssists in implementation of HR dashboards, and other reporting enhancements and programsPreparing, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting management information and statistical reports, both scheduled and ad-hoc, from multiple HR data sources for various stakeholdersKnowledge, Skills, and Attributes :

Proficiency in Workday reporting tools such as Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Workday Studio (BIRT), HCM, EIBStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in report creation and data analysisDemonstrated years of Software Development and Support experienceDemonstrated experience working in a multi-team environment across multiple geographiesAbility to troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues efficientlyCertifications : Workday Core HCM, Workday Analytics, Workday Security and other relevant certifications are highly valued.Functional HR Knowledge : Strong grasp of HR processes in areas such drive documents, EIB's, Reporting, Master data creation5 + years in Workday Analytics roleSkills Required
