Job Summary :

We are seeking a Technical Operations Engineer with expertise in Linux system administration, AI-Enhanced troubleshooting and cloud-based troubleshooting . This role involves deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting systems both on-site and remotely , ensuring seamless operations for clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based systems .
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for network and system issues.
• Deploy and configure cloud-based solutions and virtual machines.
• Handle OVA, OVF, VHD, and system deployment files .
• Implement scripts for automation and ensure system security .
• Utilize AI and machine learning-driven platforms for advanced troubleshooting and predictive maintenance.
