About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective U.S. clients, understanding their business needs, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This is a high-impact role that requires strong communication, persuasion skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective U.S. clients to introduce Hexaview’s services and solutions.

Engage in meaningful conversations to identify client needs, challenges, and opportunities.

Provide detailed and accurate information about offerings to prospective clients.

Qualify leads and opportunities to hand over to the sales team for closure.

Handle objections and client concerns in a professional, solution-oriented manner.

Maintain detailed call records and update client information in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to drive them through the sales funnel.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transitions.

Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in calling / inside sales for U.S. clients.

Comfortable working in night shifts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasion and customer-centric approach.

Active listening skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport with clients.

Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic sales environment.
