Analyst / Associate - Real Estate

Job Description

• Support team in sourcing new investment opportunities - conducting industry research, building thesis
• Deal sourcing for multiple mandates
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and bench-marking of performance vs. budget and peers
• Perform various financial analysis and interpretation of financial data / models
• Track and manage the deal pipeline
• Providing portfolio management support

The Successful Applicant

• Experience Required : Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in Real Estate Investing / Domestic IB / Mid Office IB.
• Education Qualification : Undergrad / Post grad from Tier I Institute
• Sector Outlook : Real Estate Preferred
• Location : Mumbai
