Real Estate Sales

We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused Sales Executives—preferably female—who bring the grace, discipline, and service excellence of the hospitality, time sharing and aviation industries into the fast-paced world of real estate. This role is ideal for professionals looking to pivot into property sales while leveraging their interpersonal finesse and client engagement skills.

Scope / Accountabilities of the role :

 Engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs and preferences

 Conduct site visits, property tours, and client meetings with professionalism and warmth

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust

 Develop And Execute Strategy For Customer Acquisition Marketing Across

Multiple Channels To Deliver On The Company's Sales Growth Objectives.

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes

 Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

 Stay updated on market trends, property listings, and competitor offerings

Competencies / Key attributes

 Knowledge of Excel

• Proficiency in English and local language
• Excellent communication, grooming, and presentation skills

Target Profile :

Age : upto 30 yrs, preferably FEMALE candidates

Education : Graduate in any discipline

Experience : upto 3 years' Experience in sales, customer service, or client relations

Prior experience in hospitality, time sharing or aviation industries is mandatory.

Candidates with Real Estate experience are not to be considered.

Ready to travel anywhere in Mumbai
