JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts a thorough review of client loan files for accuracy and completeness.
- Systematic input and updating of loan information into Encompass application.
- Document loan status changes in Encompass through comments
- Review the closing documents and complete the funding steps
- Facilitates document retrieval from the required teams in case if it is not available
- Communicate loan progress and outstanding requirements to clients via timely phone calls
Note – Training will be conducted from office until certification is completed. (Period – to days)
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Should be a graduate.Understanding of the Mortgage Servicing Industry.Effective communication and analytical skills required.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).No documented disciplinary action in the past months.Should have an Appraisal rating of “Effective Performance” or above in the last completed performance cycle.Should have completed months in the current role.
