Job Description : Health Assistant (HA)
Location : Ahmedabad & Hyderabad (On-site) Full Time

Role & responsibilities :
The Health Assistant is a Fulltime role that supports the Primary Care Physician / General Practitioner and provides dedicated support in delivering premium healthcare services to patients. The role involves home visits, wellness assistance, and basic administrative support, ensuring high-quality and personalized care.
- Visit the enrolled patients and accompany the General Practitioner during home visits for introductions and collection of medical documents.
- Ensure dedicated support & coordination as per personalized health plan of each patient
- Build strong, trust-based relationships, while strictly adhering to company protocols.
- Collect, digitize and maintain medical documents securely in the platform
- Record and promptly report all the customer interactions to the respective Primary Care Physician
- Assist the Operations Head with backend and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and vouchers as per company guidelines.
- Participate in regular training sessions and skill upgrades as required.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree, with yrs exp in Hospitality / Customer – Patient engagementAttributes : Empathetic, passionate, compliant, polite, punctual, prompt.Languages : English, Hindi, Telugu / Gujarati preferred.Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new systems.
