Job Site Location : Chennai

Experience : 4 - 8+ years experience in Business Development and Solution Selling in AV Industry

Qualification : Graduate in Engineering / MBA preferably Sales and Marketing

Behavioral Skills : Business Acumen, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Result focus, Team Player, Business Communication, Planning and Organizing, Time Management and Organization Skills.

Job Experience :

Business Development and selling video conferencing over IP solutions

Unified Communication & Collaboration

AV Hardware - On - based / Cloud based solutions

BD / Techno commercial selling of products from the partners of collaboration

Zoom Workplace - Complete Zoom UC Suite of Offering

MS Teams - Complete Teams including MTR Wide spread industry experience & deep connections with the target industries in the defined territory

Job Responsibilities :

1)To achieve quarterly / yearly order booking & revenue targets

2) Periodic Engagement with Solutions, Product Teams, Workshops & Periodic engagements with CXO's / Stakeholders of Customers

3) Good Connect with External Customers and Consultants, Cross - Team Collaboration
