SAP SuccessFactors EC Solution Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central (EC) to lead, design, implement, and support HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in EC, strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, and hands-on experience in integrating EC with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and external systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors , primarily Employee Central.
• Valid SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification .
• Strong understanding of global HR processes, data models, Position Management, workflows, and HRIS.
• Experience in quarterly release management, regression testing, and configuration changes.
• Knowledge of EC integrations , middleware (CPI / BOOMI), and coordination with payroll systems (SAP HCM, EC Payroll, or third-party).
• Excellent communication skills, documentation expertise, and client-facing capabilities.
• Ability to lead workshops, deliver demos, and manage multiple stakeholders.
